Case 1: Interaction between Antibody and Conventional Protein Antigen

Using a Protein A chip, a rabbit anti-human FGL1 monoclonal antibody (developed by Yurogen) was captured. The analyte, recombinant human FGL1 protein with a His tag (ABclonal, Cat: RP01268LQ), was introduced at varying concentrations. The interaction was analyzed using the Polariton Life S-CLASS system, and the equilibrium dissociation constant (K_D) was determined to be 0.11 nM.

Case 2: Interaction between VHH and Protein

Using a C5 chip, recombinant FHR4 protein with a His tag (expressed by Yurogen) was immobilized. The mobile phase contained varying concentrations of an anti-FHR4 VHH antibody (developed by Yurogen). The interaction was analyzed using the Polariton Life S-CLASS system, and the equilibrium dissociation constant (K_D) was determined to be 0.71 nM.
