Epitope Mapping
An epitope is a small molecular region on the surface of an antigen that can be recognized and bound by an antibody. Mapping these epitopes is critical for developing diagnostic and therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, as well as vaccines.
There are several methods for epitope mapping. Yurogen is committed to provide our clients epitope mapping services with:

BLI (Gator) platform: an economic and quick way to identify two monoclonal antibodies which can bind to same epitope of the antigen protein or not.
HDX-MS platform: HDX-MS is a powerful and versatile technique for epitope mapping, which can identify conformational epitopes, weak or transient binding interactions etc.
